Extracting multiple alignments with Galaxy

This screencast shows how to use Galaxy to extract and stitch multiple alignments corresponding to a series of genomic coordinates. For example, if you have coordinates of protein-coding exons within the human genome you might want to be able to extract alignments of these exons between human, mouse, dog etc. This screencast shows you how.
